Welcome to my new website! We are currently uploading the content so please bear with us over the next couple of weeks

I am a newly qualified Clinical Sexologist, which could also be described as a Sex & Relationship Therapist. I look forward to filling this website with helpful information for you. For now, though, this page is here to tell you the basics about me and my services where I hope you will get the information you need initially. Come back soon to explore the full website.

If you would like to know if I am the right person for you, here is what I can help you with:

Sexual Dysfunctions

Unable to orgasm
Vaginal Pain
Low Desire
Erectile Dysfunction
Premature Ejaculation
Delayed Ejaculation

Other Sexual Issues

Specific Sexual Practices
Sexual Health
Sexual Trauma
Sexual Shame
Out of control sexual behaviour (which may be referred to as ‘sex addiction’ or ‘porn addiction’, etc)

Relationship therapy

You don’t need to have an issue with sex within the relationship to see me. Issues in relationships can include, but aren’t restricted to:

Fertility/Infertility
Affairs
Communication issues
Relationship breakdown
Intimate Partner Violence
Mismatched desire

The relationships I work with don’t need to be restricted to 2 people. I can work in relationships that are based on consensual non-monogamy or polyamory.

LGBTQI+

I am Wales’s only queer and nonbinary sex and relationship therapist so am the perfect person to offer a space for the Gender and Sexually Diverse community.

My therapy space can also be used to explore ones sexual orientation and gender identity without linking it to sex, so if you need an informed sounding board, I could be the person for you.

Locations for therapy

When it is safe to work in person, you can come to see me at the Pontypridd Osteopath Clinic or at Breathe in Cardiff. When I work with Breathe it is in the capacity of a sessional therapist. What I offer as a therapist is exactly the same, but here I am working ‘for’ Breathe.

I am, for now, working online (via Zoom) and over the phone with my clients. I will continue to offer this service for people who prefer therapy in this way for years to come.

Fees

I plan on providing low cost therapy for people on low/no wages.
For now will take requests and discuss it further with you if you want to find out more.

Breathe, Cardiff

1:1 sessions: £50.
Relationship sessions: £60.

Pontypridd & Online

1:1 sessions: £45. If you block book 6 sessions it will cost £240 (reducing it to £40 a session.)
Relationship sessions: £50. If you block book 6 sessions it will cost £270 (reducing it to £45 a session.)

If you aren’t sure if you want to work with me, I can offer a 20 minute initial phone/video call for us to get to know each other for the cost of £10.

A therapy session is 50 minutes long.

A description of my practice

I am a pluralistic therapist. Pluralism is based on the view that no one therapeutic approach can resolve all client presentations and that different clients are likely to want, and benefit from, different interventions in therapy. Working pluralistically involves working with the client and making you an active part of therapy. We won’t be stuck within any particular model of therapy and can, together, find out what works specifically for you.

Being a contemporary therapist, it is my job to continually learn and keep up to date with ways in which sex and relationship therapists practice, guaranteeing a good quality of support to you.

I am a Registered Member of COSRT

I look forward to connecting with you!
