Welcome to my new website! We are currently uploading the content so please bear with us.
I am a Clinical Sexologist, which could also be described as a Sex & Relationship Therapist. I am slowly filling this website with helpful information for you. For now, though, this page is here to tell you the basics about me and my services where I hope you will get the information you need initially.
If you would like to know if I am the right person for you, here is what I can help you with:
Unable to orgasm
Other Sexual Issues
Specific Sexual Practices
Out of control sexual behaviour (which may be referred to as ‘sex addiction’ or ‘porn addiction’, etc)
You don’t need to have an issue with sex within the relationship to see me. Issues in relationships can include, but aren’t restricted to:
Intimate Partner Violence
The relationships I work with don’t need to be restricted to 2 people. I can work in relationships that are based on consensual non-monogamy or polyamory.
I am Wales’s only queer and nonbinary sex and relationship therapist so am the perfect person to offer a space for the Gender and Sexually Diverse community.
My therapy space can also be used to explore ones sexual orientation and gender identity without linking it to sex, so if you need an informed sounding board, I could be the person for you.
A description of my practice
I am a pluralistic therapist. Pluralism is based on the view that no one therapeutic approach can resolve all client presentations and that different clients are likely to want, and benefit from, different interventions in therapy. Working pluralistically involves working with the client and making you an active part of therapy. We won’t be stuck within any particular model of therapy and can, together, find out what works specifically for you.
Being a contemporary therapist, it is my job to continually learn and keep up to date with ways in which sex and relationship therapists practice, guaranteeing a good quality of support to you.
